Amy Flickinger, President and Co-Owner of Surfaces Incorporated is a Florida native who brings over 19 years of flooring sales and design experience. Prior to founding Surfaces Incorporated, Amy worked with two local tile and flooring retailers, honing her unique ability to marry client’s aesthetics with design and installation practicalities. In January of 2001, Amy took a leap of faith and started her own business in order to have closer control over the installation process and provide a better client experience from start to finish.
Danielle Davis, Vice President and Co-Owner, provides the backbone of Surfaces Incorporated by focusing on purchasing, receiving, financial administration and day to day operations. Her vast business experience and strong construction history are critical in supporting the Company’s fast-paced growth.
Mark Smith came to Surfaces Inc. with vast array of experience in the construction industry. As a resident of Indian River County for 17 years, he understands the needs of our clients. Prior to joining Surfaces, Mark was a Construction Superintendent for MGB Construction, a high volume homebuilder, for almost 14 years. As Senior Field Superintendent, Mark is a key member of the Surfaces team, ensuring installation quality, consistency and a level of support that is simply unmatched by other flooring installation companies.
Ken Flickinger owner/operator of Stone & Concrete Restoration Services, Inc serves as the on-staff Mr. Fixit of Surfaces Inc. Ken is no stranger to hard work: he is a fireman for the Palm Bay Fire Department, owns a refinishing business, works part-time for Surfaces, and he’s Amy’s husband. Ken provides a valuable team resource when it comes to attention to detail and the intricacies of flooring repairs and renovations.
